Gys completed his BA.LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 1994.

 

He did his articles at Marais Muller Yekiso Attorneys in Kuils River and stayed with the company until 2000 when he left to start his own company.  He again joined Marais Muller Attorneys as a director after a couple of years and then practised as Verster Attorneys in Stellenbosch until 2008 when he sold his practice to pursue business opportunities. He held a couple of directorships in private companies before joining the Flemix team in 2013 as Practice Manager.

 

He is an energetic, positive  and motivated person with extensive experience in both the legal and business environment.
