Amanda completed her LLB Degree at the University of Pretoria in 2007 and joined the firm in 2011.  She also completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law, which included Banking-, Finance-, Company- and Competition Law in 2013 at the University of Witwatersrand.

 

Amanda is a specialist in the Debt Collection Process and has extensive experience in, and knowledge of the National Credit Act and it’s practical application. 

 

Amanda heads the Compliance Division within the firm, managing compliance related queries, including client audits, regulatory- and media queries.  Her team consists of experienced legal secretaries who process all debt collection related queries.
