Interpersonal relationships: According to her, interpersonal relationships are yet another important aspect of good work ethics. In order to achieve better interpersonal relationships, an individual needs to learn to provide genuine feedback and support.

 

Understanding approach: She understands the work-related pressures and thus tries to avoid bouncing off unrealistic deadlines. Honest and sincere: She is honest and sincere to the work deliverables and also to her team.
